Refund & Cancellation Policy

For an event:
Events are non-refundable but for any extraordinary situations, please call us at 617-969-7224.

For an SBR Product:
Items must be returned to SBR within 14 days after purchase, and then refund will be issued within 7 days upon receipt of product.
