Emotional Intelligence is having the understanding and awareness that emotions and feeling are the drivers and influencers in all decisions and that emotion drives people and people drive performance.

When we operate only from the thinking brain IQ – know how to get the job done, the technical side of the job it is the wrong response. When we operate only from pure emotions it is the wrong response it is when we allow our thoughts and emotions to assist each other we have the opportunity to create an intellectual and emotionally intelligent response

Emotional Intelligence is having the skills to regulate, navigate and promote emotion as a means to promote connection and understanding and developing the behaviors of success.

The way business owners handle emotion changes the way your employees feel, which affects the way they work, which then affects how the customers feel.

• Use methods to manage your feelings to access your unique wisdom and energy
• Increase energy from your personal values, vision and commitments
• See choice and opportunity in every interaction
