Business Consulting

Business consulting starts with a 2 hr consultation. During this consultation, we determine what the challenges and priorities are for the company. Through this discovery process, we guarantee that at the end of the 2 hr consultation, the business owner will walk away with at least 2 concrete ideas that they will be able to implement or SBR can come on board to implement for the company. It is during this meeting, that we can determine what other tools may need to be implemented to increase revenue, raise morale, or team train.

Presentations and Programs
